• Secrets are handled safely.
• Logs, metrics, and alerts are planned or implemented.
• Backup and recovery are planned.

• Failure cases are tested.
• Production AI checklist passes.

Portfolio-Ready Done

• Project proves a clear skill.
• Demo path is reliable.
• Documentation is understandable without live explanation.
• Architecture trade-offs are clear.
• Evaluation and limitations are honest.
• Next improvements are realistic.
